When I purchase from your site and see the orders later, why do I see sub-orders with only some of the orders I have made? 

Beauty Mercantile Online Beauty Tradeshow is an emporium of top quality beauty products from different vendors; any order you place with the site may contain items from many different vendors. This implies that your order may have more than one sub-order(s), each of which will be delivered separately by the respective vendors.

 

Why do I receive my order in many parts? 

An order you place with Beauty Mercantile may contain items from more than one vendor.  These sub-orders are separately handled by each vendor. That is the reason you get your items delivered in parts.

 

What if I get my order in damaged/bad condition? 

The vendors will take the utmost care in packaging and shipping the items ordered by you. In the unlikely event that your order reaches you in bad/damaged condition, you can inform the vendor—and also the site administrator—and receive authorization from the vendor to return any bad/damaged items.

 

How much time will it take to ship my items?

 

Vendors are required to ship orders within 48 hrs. Orders are generally shipped Ground.  Based on the carrier used, it can take approximately 3 to 10 days.

 

Can I purchase without registering? 

No. First, you need to register with a valid resale tax id.  After approval, you can login and shop the site. At times we may require additional information, such as a beautician’s or cosmetologist’s license. However, you can browse and compare items without logging in. Prices are visible after you are logged in.

 

Do I need to do anything after I receive the items? 

You can login to the system, go to 'Orders' section and update the status of each sub-orders (if any) to be 'delivered' after you get your items in good condition.
